PlayerPulse (and SoccerPulse before it) sync with Beyond Pulse heart rate monitors to allow coaches and players to have a complete picture of objective and subjective data side by side.
In order for PlayerPulse to pull in the data collected on your BP heart rate monitor, the player must authenticate their PlayerPulse account with the Beyond Pulse servers.
To do this, players will select their profile (top right corner), and scroll down on their profile to where Beyond Pulse can be linked. Tapping on the link button will pull up a login modal that requires the email and password from BEYOND PULSE (not PlayerPulse).
Once login is successful, that account will be linked to the Beyond Pulse account.
When events are completed, the PlayerPulse server will search the BP API for data that exists within 15 minutes (+/-) the start and end times of the PlayerPulse event. If such data exists, it will be pulled into our server and can be seen by tapping on the Biometric Data tab underneath the RPE entered by the player.
To see the full breakdown of the data, the player or coach will need to open the Beyond Pulse dashboard and view it inside their native application.
To unlink the Beyond Pulse account, simply navigate to the profile screen and tap the link button. You will see an option to unlink the account and remove any ties between the PlayerPulse account and the Beyond Pulse account.
